The instructions and stitch diagrams are extensive and will guide Hardanger stitchers new to canvas stitches step by step. The central motif features sprat’s head hearts combined to make a flower shape, with the rest of the design ringing around the “rosy” in the center. The design can be cut away from the surrounding fabric to make a doily, or is suitable for framing (as shown) or a pillow top. The colors can also be changed, if pink isn’t your favorite color!
