New class – Mostly Amadeus

Mostly Amadeus – grayscale

I’m always happy to announce when a new class is beginning! This one is Mostly Amadeus, and I’m once again partnering with Shining Needle Society to offer this class.

Registration is now open and will continue through Oct. 31. Then, I’ll order supplies and put kits together, and class will begin Jan. 5. So even if you’re busy with classes through ANG’s Virtual Seminar now, and working on other projects to get ready for Christmas, you’ll want a new project in the new year!

The design is 4″ x 12″ on 18 ct. canvas, and is mostly variations of Jean Hilton’s Amadeus stitch. The course objective is to become really familiar with this particular stitch, so you can stitch it with confidence whenever you encounter it in other projects.

I’ll be doing Zoom sessions with the class, plus there are several videos illustrating the various stitches. And, it’s available in four color ways (in case the grayscale with red doesn’t float your boat).

Here’s Mostly Amadeus in the pastel color way, stitched by Janice McHenry:

The Bold color way is on Aquamarina canvas, and the Monochromatic color way is on eggshell canvas. Plus, you also have the option of getting instructions only so you can devise your own palette.

You’ll notice in the registration info that I’m offering 2 classes this time – Angles is making an encore! I’ll share more about Angles next week! You can register for Mostly Amadeus, Angles or both. If you have any questions just email and I’ll get right back to you.

To register just send me an email with your name, address, phone number, which color way, and your preferred method of payment. My email address is I hope you’ll plan to stitch along with us in January!
