Well, it’s been a minute since my last post, so let’s catch up:
I taught at the American Needlepoint Guild National Seminar in Denver, immediately followed by the Greater Pacific Region Regional Seminar in Medford, OR. I was gone for about 2 weeks. I stressed over the packing, not of my clothes, but of my stitching projects – I didn’t want to finish and run out of things to stitch!

While I was away I stitched a small sample that was part of our local EGA program, finished the Christmas ornament that will be my gift to you later (no peeking!) and started stitching a new project.
When I got home I jumped right into writing instructions – I have 6 projects that I need to write up in the next few weeks. Do you think I can get everything done if I give up sleeping?
Next on my agenda is prepping for 2 classes the second weekend in September, getting kits together for a stitching demonstration at the State Fair of Oklahoma, then prepping 2 pilot classes the last weekend of September.
But between now and then, I’m headed to the Houston area to help care for a relative for a couple of weeks. Again, stressing over packing not clothes, but stitching projects! So I’ll be working on getting my stitching projects together so I’m prepared to stay away for a while.
I’m exhausted just listing everything!

Debbie-
I need advise on a computer software for designing needlepoint charts-using graph paper is for the birds!!
I have enjoyed all your designs that I have stitched as well of the only glass that I have been able to attend many years ago in Kansas City-
Any direction would be gladly appreciated!
Sincerely,

Sue, the programs I use are no longer available. I’m still using them because I have a computer expert who keeps them running for me. I don’t have any experience with other software programs for designing, so can’t recommend anything for you. I wish I could!
